Our Red Nose Run 1/2 Marathon, 5K, and 1-Mile Fun Run is held annually in December at Thomas University. This year it will be on Saturday, December 16th with Half/5K beginning at 8am. Awards will be given to: Overall male/female winners and the top three male/female winners in each age group for the half marathon and the 5K. Participation medals will be given to finishers of the half marathon and 1 mile Fun Run.
The run begins on Millpond Road and winds through scenic Thomasville with a turnaround on Metcalf Road. Activities for all ages will be available, along with music and refreshments. This year we are also proud to offer chip timing for the first time!
*The proceeds raised from this event are used to support Thomasville Junior Service League's mission to meet the economic, recreational, cultural, and medical needs of children in our community.
